Terms of use
Please read these before relying on anything on Wildlife Trail Cameras.
General information only
Everything on this site is general information to help you choose and use a trail camera. It is not legal or professional advice. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your own camera.
Research reviews, not tests
We don’t test cameras. Camera pages bring together manufacturers’ specifications and independent reviewers’ findings, as explained in how we review. Specifications are the makers’ own figures; we can’t promise they are accurate, and models and firmware change. Check the details that matter to you with the manufacturer or retailer before you buy.
Filming responsibly
You are responsible for how you use a camera — including where you point it, what it records, and how you store and share footage. Filming beyond your own property, or near protected wildlife, can raise legal issues. Our guides summarise official guidance and link to it, but they don’t replace it; if in doubt, take advice.
Accuracy
We research each page from the sources listed on it and show when it was last checked, but we can’t promise that every page is complete, correct or current for your situation. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Other websites and affiliate links
We link to other websites for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content. Some links are affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure. A link to a product search is not a recommendation of any particular listing or seller.
